"Before making the purchase, please check the estimated delivery time of the selected models. THE DELIVERY DEADLINE WILL BEGIN ON THE APPROVAL OF PAYMENT.

It is the customer's TOTAL responsibility to verify that the SHIPMENT TIME of the product, added to the chosen delivery term (PAC or SEDEX), will coincide in time with the intended use date for which the buyer intends it.

Be Flow will NOT be responsible, under any circumstances, for the error in this calculation, if it does not arrive in time for the event. If it is within the DELIVERY TIME informed.

We suggest that your purchases be made in advance to avoid the undesirable, especially on the part of the POST OFFICE that sometimes delay deliveries.

If the chosen model is not available by the factory within the stipulated period of 10 working days, the purchase will be automatically canceled by the system and the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the payment intermediary chosen at the time of purchase.

Remembering that the deadline is counted in working days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count). 

Only after the postage will the period stipulated by the POST OFFICE begin to count (depending on the chosen delivery method, PAC, SEDEX or DHL).

 

The customer will be informed of the tracking code, which must accompany the delivery of their order through the website of the company responsible.
